Network Document Scanner

Wireless Document Scanner

Network and Wireless Standalone Document Scanner

  1. Network Scanners allow you to scan and share your digitised documents across a shared network.
Most of the network scanners work as a standalone unit. This means that once they are connected to a single power source and computer, any user can approach the scanner and select their scan settings from a list of predetermined functions, then share to their desired destination.
Predetermined jobs may be anything from scanning 50 black and white documents and saving in a specific shared folder, to scanning 5 full-colour documents and sending via email instantly to a particular address. Many network scanners include small displays on the front, which makes these jobs a lot easier.

Perfect for office environments where every member of staff is connected to the same network, users can scan important documents and share instantly to another colleague via a range of methods such as shared folder, email or access point (such as Evernote, OneDrive etc).

Wifi Scanners will allow you to scan and share your digital documents wirelessly, from one device to another.
Wifi Scanners models have built-in features to allow them to scan, save and share across a range of devices, connected computers or document share software suites such as Evernote, OneDrive or SharePoint etc. A great feature for desktop or portable scanners, this allows for quicker access to important information locked away on paper documents.
Wireless Scanners usually handle A4 documents at maximum and have a slower scan speed than the norm. This is because a high-speed scanner can often be slowed down by a connection to a wireless or wired router.
