ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer tech support emails in a timely manner.
- Answer tech support phone calls in a timely manner.
- Perform tech support assistance for all of our software products.
- Perform internal IT and support assistance within the office.
- Perform live online demos of our software products for end users.
- Possibility of some travel to perform installation and training of our software products.
